You can apply for a Standard UK Visitor visa if you wish to visit the UK:

If you want to visit the UK for the business-related tasks then you can apply for a Standard UK Visitor visa, eg:

Coming to the UK for a meeting, training or conference
Want to take part in a particular sports-related contest
You are an entertainer, musician or an artist and coming to the UK to perform
A professor or instructor and are doing research or supporting students on a study abroad programme
A medical practitioner or a doctor and are coming to the UK to take an observer post or clinical attachment
You wish to sit the Objective Structured Clinical Examination, (OSCE) or take the Professional and Linguistic Assessment Board (PLAB) test
You want to get funding to take over, join, run or start a business in the UK

The earliest you can apply is 3 months before you travel.

You can usually stay in the UK for up to 6 months.

You can’t:

Deal with any paid or unpaid work
Live in the UK for the long duration of time through repeated visits
Receive public funds
Register or marry a civil partnership, or give notice of civil partnership or marriage
